By booking a tour, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, by email, phone, or in person.
- Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once payment, or any required deposit, has been received and confirmation has been issued by Sligo Tours.
Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend pricing, itineraries, or availability at any time prior to confirmation of booking.
- Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:
- More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund
- 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the tour date: No refund
Failure to attend a tour (“no-show”) will be treated as a cancellation without refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Cancellation or Changes by Sligo Tours
Sligo Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter tours due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational issues
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where possible, customers will be offered:
- An alternative date,
- An alternative tour, or
- A full refund
Sligo Tours shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers, including accommodation, transport, or other associated costs.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
Participants must:
- Follow all instructions provided by guides or drivers,
- Behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and local communities,
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for weather and terrain conditions.
Sligo Tours reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
- Health & Safety
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
Customers should inform Sligo Tours in advance of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, allergies, or special requirements that may affect participation.
Some tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, outdoor activities, or exposure to changing weather conditions.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, personal injury, medical expenses, loss of belongings, and other potential risks.
- Liability
While Sligo Tours takes all reasonable care in providing safe and enjoyable experiences, we shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings,
- Personal injury or illness unless caused by proven negligence,
- Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
